We were spending a few days in Sarasota and at the last minute talked to our hotel concierge about getting out on a boat, and she booked a cruise with "Captain Chet." Two in the family were super excited and I was slightly apprehensive. Wow!! We all three had an amazing experience and loved every bit of it! We were not real selective about what we wanted to do and/or see, just asked "Captain Chet" to take us out for four hours. He pointed out some fabulous houses on the water, local landmarks, explained the lay of the land to us, threw in some history, made a couple pit stops at tiki bars, and the highlight was seeing so many dolphins up close. Chet was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and hospitable.

We chartered a tour with Chet for 3 hrs with our kids, ages 1-12. He was great with the kids. We snorkeled, swam on a sand bar, spotted some dolphins and just enjoyed the sights. His boat was very nice and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

This is our 4th year in a row using Captain Chet. On this trip we traveled north to Passage Key in Tampa Bay, where we swam in gin clear water, saw manatees, dolphins and sharks. On the way back to Sarasota we stopped at Cortez Fishing Village (the oldest working fishing fleet in Florida-per Captain Chet) for a casual lunch of very fresh fish. A relaxing ride home past Ca' d'Zan and the Sarasota skyline ended a fabulous cruise.
